Traditional In-Person Notarization
Ohio notarial acts by appointment in Columbus and nearby suburbs. Bring valid identification and be prepared to appear personally before the notary.
Mobile Notary Appointments
Mobile notary services at eligible locations throughout Columbus and surrounding communities. Travel charges are quoted and agreed upon before the appointment.
Remote Online Notarization
Eligible remote online notarizations coordinated through BlueNotary when platform access and eligibility are confirmed. Ohio requirements and identification screening apply. The notary performs online notarizations while physically located in Ohio.
Loan Signing & Document Support
Professional signing appointments and administrative document support. Separate non-notarial services are quoted individually. LEW Consult Pro does not provide legal advice.
Availability & Service Area
Primary Service Area: Columbus, Ohio and surrounding suburbs.
Requests are accepted Monday through Saturday. Weekday work commitments generally limit appointments to outside 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern. Evening, Saturday, and same-day appointments may be accommodated after confirmation.

Transparent Pricing
Traditional Notarization
Up to $5 per Ohio notarial act.
Remote Online Notarization
Up to $30 per online notarial act. Applicable remote technology fees may be up to $10 per online notarization session.
Travel & Additional Services
Reasonable travel charges are agreed upon in advance. Loan-signing and separately contracted non-notarial support services are quoted individually.
Applicable Ohio statutory limits govern notarial fees. Fees are not calculated per signature. No payment is collected through the appointment-request form.
Appointment & Cancellation Terms
Appointment requests are not confirmed bookings. LEW Consult Pro must confirm the service, appointment time, and applicable quote.
Free cancellation is available with at least 24 hours’ notice for separately contracted non-notarial support services.
For separately contracted non-notarial services only, late cancellation charges may apply if disclosed and accepted when the appointment was confirmed:
- Under $25: No fee
- $25–$74.99: $5
- $75–$149.99: $10
- $150 or more: $20
These tiers exclude statutory notarial fees, technology fees, and travel charges.
Timely rescheduling is available without a fee. Charges may be waived for emergencies, access or accommodation issues, or cancellation by LEW Consult Pro.
No separate cancellation penalty is charged for a notarial act under this policy. Travel arrangements are handled separately under applicable law and the confirmed agreement.
